"Exceptional"
Room was large, clean, well laid out. Loved the balcony; the bed was very comfortable; the sheets and towels were excellent. The hotel spa facilities were fabulous--clean, well-maintained. Attendents were friendly and personable. The view from the lobby and restaurant were breathtaking. Can't wait to return.

The ski valet will spoil you. You'll never want to walk through a parking lot with skis again! Hotel is in good shape, even though it's getting a little mature. Rooms are nicer than the common areas.

The location of hotel was really good. You could walk or take a gondola anywhere you needed to. The views were incredible. And the free gondola was great to take down into Telluride from Mountain Village.

Dining outside on great food, with wonderful mountain views and great staff. Only a few minutes walk to numerous eating and drinking establishments, shopping and the free gondola to Telluride.

We stayed at the Peaks several years ago. It was our favorite hotel in Telluride. Unfortunately, the rooms are in great need of renovation. The rooms are small, and dark. The front desk staff was poorly trained. The SPA and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced. Next time we come to Telluride, we will be looking for other accommodations. Sorry.
